Online Systems
We provide the office bearers of the Strata Committee of all our complexes online access to our webportal. Your office bearers will be able to view the Scheme’s balance sheet, Income & Expenditure Statement and monthly expense and income reports
Locations
We have two great locations in Nowra and Wollongong that allow’s us to manage your individual needs with personal service and attention.
Maintenance
We have a team of dedicated Strata Managers and Personal Assistants to handle all maintenance and repair issues.
Debt Collection
We have software that ensures all levies arrears are followed up in a structured and timely manner. Utilising dedicated staff to help with debt collection as well as using professional Debt Collection Agency ensures the financial viability of your Scheme.
Secretarial Duties
Integrity Strata offer the following within our secretarial duties: Keeping the Strata and community rolls, keeping statutory notices and any local council or other authority’s notices, calling and attending general meetings and Stata Committee meetings, preparing the notices, agendas and taking minutes, acting as Chairperson as required and also checking and keeping proxies.
Easy Levy Payments
All levy notices incorporate a barcode which allows contributions to be paid via Australia Post (fee applies), BPAY, Direct Debit or Credit Card (surcharge appleis).
